Data collected and purposes
Through the contact form we collect your name, email, phone number (optional) and the content of your message, solely to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.
For security reasons, the server also records technical data such as your IP address in non-readable (hashed) form to limit automated submissions.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless required by law.

This website does not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools, so no cookie banner is shown.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and withdraw your consent by writing to info@teksoft.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
